2. Products & Availability

We make every effort to display product information, specifications and images as accurately as possible. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct errors in descriptions, pricing or availability without prior notice.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a price has been listed in error. Accepted payment methods and terms are confirmed at the time of order.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are confirmed at the time of order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery charges, where applicable, are advised before the order is confirmed.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our returns policy and the applicable manufacturer warranty. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items may be non-returnable. Please contact us before returning any product.
